Woah!

Oh? I stepped on the weighing scale yesterday and I saw 67.2kg. Woah! Just a swimming practice and already lose weight? So power? Just to double confirm my weight, I checked my weight today and its still that. Okay, keep to try swimming/drowning 2 times a week first plus continue to monitor eating habits and reduce snacking.

But so far hadnt gone for the 2nd time yet cos of the monthly thingy and had been battling the flu for the past week. Today I surrendered. Mom told me not to head out for class this evening but I will see how first. Most likely just head down, have class and then return straight.
